Stain Not Shame

Humbled and proud. I am incredibly honoured to announce that the campaign I had the privilege of shooting, #StainNotShame, has been recognized and awarded three prestigious lions at the renowned Cannes Lions Festival, including the coveted GLASS LION. This achievement would not have been possible without the incredible teamwork and dedication of everyone involved, including the remarkable team at @scanadafrica. Super creative Shameem Mohamed, you are awesome, Deepesh Jha and Megha for the trust on me.

This campaign “StainNotShame”  even had a significant impact on Kenyan society by leading to the incorporation of a new law into the country’s constitution, making period shaming a punishable offense. I hold 5th position among the LOERIES Official Photographers ranking in 2023.
